 Fundamentals Of Hydraulics- Engineering Lab Training Systems  The critical pressure ratio and the efficiency of nozzles can be determined using the experimental set-up . It is possible to insert various nozzles or a baffle plate into the force measurement device. The test chamber is fitted with two air connections. Different forces can be determined using the different inserts and air connections. The distance between nozzle and baffle plate is adjustable. The nozzle air inlet pressure is adjusted using a pressure controller. The back pressure is set with a needle valve at the mass flow meter.
