Hydraulic Brake Chassis Trainer

CAT NO: DIDACTICNAE078

Hydraulic Brake Chassis Trainer Description and Tender Specification:

Hydraulic Brake Chassis Trainer.
The Hydraulic Brake Chassis should be designed for student skills training in the operation, installation, maintenance and repair of Hydraulic Brake Systems. HYDRAULIC BRAKE CHASSIS TRAINER, AUTOMOTIVE LAB
The unit should consist of original automotive components which should be mounted into a simulated model Auto Chassis. The Chassis should include an integrated floor stand, made from powder coated electro galvanized steel that is mounted on wheels for mobility. A color coded schematic chart, under a lexon polycarbonate protective screen, of the brake system and circuit should also be mounted onto the trainer for reference

Specifications:
Components
The trainer should have two discs and two drum combination.
The components should be attached to the chassis in approximately the same position as found on an auto mobile.
All components should be fully functional and the chassis brake system could be operated as a self-contained unit.
An optional hydraulic line pressure gauge should be available to be installed into the brake lines so that the pressure of the hydraulic fluid could be observed.
Other components should consist of the brake pedal, brake light activating switch, master cylinder, one hand brake lever (for rear drum brakes), brake lights and all necessary hydraulic tubing and cabling.
Included:  Vacuum Pump for Power Brake boost & Hydraulic line pressure gauge.
