This is an accessory of the Aerodynamic Tunnel and of the Computer Controlled Aerodynamic Tunnel
It produces smoke filaments with the adequate density to allows the demonstration of flow patterns around different objects.
By
means of the atomisation of a heated oil in a air stream the oil mist
is formed and the resultant vapour forms a visible smoke.
Oil tank. Capacity (nominal): 200 mil.
Vaporising tube, electrically heated.
Diaphragm pump, that provides air stream.
Smoke tank.
Valve next to the vaporising tube provides an adequate control over the smoke generation.
Damping of smoke circuit oscillations.
