Crush Tester For Testing Lab

Crush Tester - The  Crush Strength Tester is designed to test Concora Medium Test - Buckling Strength, longitudinal in fluting and Flat Crush Test & Edge Crush Test in corrugated fiberboard. It can also be used for testing Corrugated Crush Test, Ring Crush Test and Pin Adhesion Test with the help of additional accessories, which are available on specific demand. The equipment consists of two flat platens; one of which is fixed and the other can be moved towards or away from it with the help of a screw arrangement driven through motor and reduction gearbox at a constant speed. The load exerted on the specimen held between platens is measured on a digital load indicator through strain gauge type load cell. The load indicator is equipped to indicate maximum load attained during test and it also control the motor to stop the movement when the load applied attains the maximum capacity of the load cell.
