Cut Section Model of Four Cylinder Four Stroke Petrol Engine The CTEV-01 is full scale working cut section model designed to enable students to study different systems of an automobile petrol engine & demonstrate its working. The setup uses an actual automobile petrol engine, sectioned at suitable locations to display internal assembles. In order to visualize operation of engine assemblies, the engine is driven from flywheel end using a low speed motor (Optional). Features: Designed for comprehensive study of engine components & their operation. Automotive paints used for painting sectioned engine assemblies. Low speed gear motor to drive the engine from flywheel side (Optional). Description:The demonstration system consists of a sectioned petrol engine of a car (TATA / Maruti or equivalent). The engine is cut at different locations in order to display its components like piston, cylinder, crank shaft, cam shaft etc. Auxiliary systems like oil sump, starter, alternator, radiator, air cleaner etc. are also cut in order to show their construction details. The engine operation can be visualized by running it at low speeds using a drive motor connected to flywheel. All the engine assemblies are repainted using automotive grade paints & color coded in order to make students understand the sectioned parts. The engine assembly along with drive system is mounted on a sturdy steel frame, fitted with castor wheels for mobility  Demonstration Capabilities:  Demonstration of sectioned assemblies of a four cylinder four stroke petrol engine.  Demonstration of working of four cylinder four stroke petrol engine.
