Shoulder Wheel (Wall Mounting)

Salient Features : Wheel: Outer wheel of 100cm diameter should be made of 30mm dia 16 gauge wall thickness tube and supported by 25mm dia tubes at three points and fourth point should be fitted with two, 25 × 5mm thick, chrome plated strips with marking for fixing of griping handle. The smooth plastic handle could be fixed at any desired position to very the are of motion from 30cm to 80cm. Resistance: A precision machined Cast Iron drum fitted with automobile's brake shoes for resistance should be welded to the vertical points of the outer wheel. The resistance level should be calibrated to measure the resistance. Drum should also be fitted with a 360° dial protractor to measure the range of motion from either direction.  Wall attachment: Two 90cm long laminated wall board should be fitted with Two Stainless Steel Channels (80cm Long × 60mm Wide) for sliding the center board and permit to raise or lower the outer wheel as much as 48cm. Finish: Wall board should be laminated and polished, SS channels should be well polished and wheel should have oven baked black finish with working parts in bright chrome plated finish.
